Lance Tracy (IMDB) is a strong producer/director/editor with an incredible knack to put quality people and ideas together. Six of Lance’s ½ hour dramas were distributed in 155 countries in 15 languages.
Lance won “Best Director, Short Film Series” at the 2001 New York Int’l Independent Film & Video Festival, has received 5 Telly Awards, 3 Communicator Crystal Awards and 2 Aurora Awards for writing and directing. His film, Prodigal Daughter, (1999) won the 1999 Gold 20th Anniversary Telly Award, a competition including Telly winners over a 20 year period.
Mr. Tracy took home the Los Angeles Audience Award for his “48 Hour Film Project” competition film, ‘THE NEIGHBOR’. In December of 2002, he became a Project Greenlight top 50 director, out of almost 2000 entries. In 2005, Lance produced and directed “Adult Entertainment” a feature documentary on the effects of the Adult industry on consumers.
With strong emotional feel, timeless imagery and larger-than-life sound scores as his signature, Mr. Tracy has combined his unique directorial style with a powerful concept to develop “The Trail”, a thriller scheduled to lens in 2007.
